<p>This course is designed to train all STSM, Section Supervisors and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person&#39;s knowledge, understanding technical skills and management skills. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas.</p> <p>The course consists of technical modules: Staff Surveillance Equipment Inspection Relay Reservicing Wire Degradation Silver Migration Management of Defective Cables Level Crossing Annuals Mechanical Interlocking and Lever Frames Management of Earths The Leadership and Non-technical skills relating to the role are explored in&nbsp;</p>
